1. No Return / No Exchange Policy

  • All perfume products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • This policy ensures hygiene and prevents product tampering.
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Change of mind
    • Personal fragrance preference
    • Allergic reactions
    • Minor packaging variations

2. Refund Eligibility (Transit Damage Only)

Refunds are only applicable in case of transit damage under the following conditions:

  • A clear, unedited unboxing video must be provided
  • The video must start before opening the package
  • Damage must be clearly visible
  • Claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

3. Claim Verification

All claims are subject to verification by our team. If the claim is found valid, we may:

  • Issue a full refund, or
  • Provide a replacement (at our discretion)

EXAUR reserves the right to accept or reject any claim.

4. Non-Eligible Scenarios

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Edited or unclear video evidence
  • Claim raised after 48 hours
  • Product shows signs of usage or tampering
  • Minor packaging damage without product damage

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

7. Shipping Responsibility

  • Orders are securely packed before dispatch
  • Shipping is handled by third-party logistics partners
  • We are not responsible for delays caused during transit
  • Customers are advised to inspect packages upon delivery
